Let’s talk
Three words. One intention.

What RID
stands for.

Real

Start with the needs, circumstances and constraints people actually face.

Intelligence

Turn information into understanding that helps people decide and act.

Delivered

Carry an idea through to something useful in practice. Judge progress by its value to the people using it.

About RID

A simple name.
A meaningful ambition.

RID stands for Real Intelligence Delivered. We’re developing practical AI tools, starting with the tasks and decisions people need help with.

The idea behind the name

Intelligence earns its place
when it helps someone.

AI creates new possibilities. We are interested in what people can do with them: understand a changing situation, make an informed decision or put resources to better use.

Our product direction spans everyday life, organisational decisions and care for natural resources. The contexts differ, but the intention stays the same: make complex information useful, with people able to question it and choose what happens next.

How we imagine progress

We see progress as a continuous practice of listening, learning and refining. The open ribbon gives that idea a form. The Earth it holds reflects what we want to keep at the centre: people, life and the planet we share.

A clear glass and platinum ribbon holding a brightly lit Earth, with blue oceans and clearly visible continents.
Our mission

Make intelligence useful.

Turn real needs into practical AI that helps people and organisations make informed decisions, take useful action and use resources responsibly.

Our vision

Useful AI within more people’s reach.

We want useful intelligence to help families navigate digital life with confidence, support those who grow our food, and deepen understanding of the world we share.

A little more about us

Good questions.
Clear answers.
